Good Source oF Antioxidants

Antioxidants help to protect our body from cell damage due to free radicals, which contribute to the aging process. Natural honey contains a range of compounds that act as antioxidants, including flavanoids, phytochemicals and ascorbic acid.

ANTIBACTERIAL PROPERTIES

Honey naturally contains hydrogen peroxide, which is an antiseptic. Research has shown that raw honey can kill unwanted bacteria.
